Cindy Burden McDougal Owner / Interior Designer / Office Manager
Cindy pretty much runs the cleaning business scheduling jobs, preparing work orders, working closely with cleaning technicians. She is also responsible for all marketing and advertising. She assists in the floor covering sales and in-house design consultations. With over 26 years of experience, she can handle all aspects of the business.

Mitch McDougal Owner/Sales Representative
Mitch controls all financial responsibilities. He loves getting out of the office, networking, meeting and talking with people. Mitch makes sure all equipment and vehicles are maintained, cleaned and up to date with inspections and insurance etc. He is obsessed with having the equipment and offices clean and neat. After many years in the business, he's very well respected.

Jim Hand Lead Carpet Cleaning Tech / Master Technician
Cindy and Mitch's brother in law. He knows carpet cleaning inside and out. He has 25 years experience and basically set-up the cleaning business with his vast knowledge and experience. Jim is so well respected by his clients, that they have been known to leave keys to their home for Jim to come in, clean and lock up when he's finished. He is served pancakes from a repeat client in Williamsburg and homemade muffins from a long time client in Hampton. He is a model employee, dependable, thorough and trustworthy. A REAL nice guy!

Ryan McDougal Floor Covering Outside Sales / Cleaning Technician / Water Damage Project Manager
Ryan is responsible for outside floor covering sales. He is certified in carpet, tile cleaning and runs his own cleaning van when needed. He is currently concentrating his efforts on building the water restoration business. He is ENERGETIC! His youth is a great asset for Inside Design but even though he is young, he has worked along side of the floor covering technicians and his parents, Cindy and Mitch, for years learning the business from the ground up.

Travis Mulkey Water Damage Restoration & Mold Remediation Project Manager / Cleaning Technician
Travis has worked with Inside Design for years in the cleaning business during the summers and holidays. He is a lifelong friend to the McDougal family and is conscientious and motivated. His greatest assets are his technological skills and his good business sense. Travis joined us full time in February 2010, he and Ryan have built the Water Damage Restoration business from the ground up. Hard working and conscientious, we are happy to have him "on board."

Inside Design technicians are the best in the business. They all have many years of experience, they are dependable, courteous and their work is of exceptional quality. Every job is reviewed and inspected prior to cleaning or installation. All technicians are licensed and bonded.
